 In compliance with BRNL Insider Code, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time), kindly take note that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Insiders (including Directors, Designated Employees and Designated Persons as per BRNL Insider Code and their immediate relatives) of the Company from Friday, 31st December, 2021 till 48 (forty-eight) hours from the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2021. Accordingly, all Insiders (including Directors and Designated Persons as per BRNL Insider Code and their immediate relatives) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
