Pursuant to Regulation 15 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Corporate Governance provisions as specified in Regulation 17 to 27 and clauses (b) to (i) of sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 46 and Para C, D and E of Schedule V shall not apply in respect of listed entity having Paid-up equity Share Capital not exceeding Rs. 10 crores and Net Worth is not exceeding Rs. 25 crores as on the last day of previous financial year. Hence, the compliance with the provision of the Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are not applicable on Oracle Credit Limited (the company), as the paid-up share capital and Net Worth of the company is less than aforesaid specified threshold limit under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.29-07-2020
