 Pursuant to Regulation 15 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Corporate Governance provisions as specified in Regulation 17 to 27 and clauses (b) to (i) [and (t)] of sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 46 and Para C, D and E of Schedule V shall not apply in respect of listed entity having Paid-up equity Share Capital not exceeding Rs. 10 crores and Net Worth not exceeding Rs. 25 crores as on the last day of previous financial year. We hereby inform you that paid up capital of Oracle Credit Limited (the Company) as on 31st March, 2021 is INR 5,55,00,000/- (Rupees Five Crore Fifty Five Lakhs Only) and the net worth as on the date stood at INR 5,93,61,640/- (Rupees Five Crore Ninety Three Lakhs Sixty One Thousand Six Hundred Forty Only) which is not exceeding the limits as specified above.

 we would like to clarify that Oracle Credit Limited ('Company') is claiming exemption under Regulation 15(2) of the chapter IV of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015 as the Paid-up capital of the Company is less than Rs. 10 Crores i.e. INR 5,55,00,000/ (Rupees Five Crore Fifty Five Lakhs Only) and the Net worth is less than Rs. 25 Crores i.e., INR 5,93,61,640/- (Rupees Five Crore Ninety Three Lacs Sixty One Thousand Six Hundred Forty Only), as on the last day of financial year i.e., 31st March 2021. In view of the above, our Company is exempted under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and consequently the company is also exempted to submit the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the year ended 31.03.2022 to the stock Exchange.
