 We write further to our letter dated KEL/SEC/SKC/10/2019 dated October 18, 2019 informing about the scheme of amalgamation ("Scheme of Amalgamation") for the merger of wholly owned subsidiaries, Greenweiz Projects Limited ("Transferor Company") with Karma Energy Limited ("Transferee Company"), pursuant to sections 230 to 232 read with section 234 and other relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform that the Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai bench vide its order dated July 15, 2021, has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation as aforesaid.
