Second Covid wave derailed hospitality industry recovery: ICRA

Second wave of the coronavirus pandemic has derailed the recovery of the hospitality industry, which is now expected to return to pre-Covid levels only in 2023-24, according to ratings agency ICRA.

ICRA LTD. - 532835 - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in the shares of ICRA Limited ('the Company') shall remain closed from June 30, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2021. As per the Code of Conduct of the Company for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives are not allowed to trade in the shares of the Company during the closure of trading window.

Higher petrol, diesel consumption can help govt cut fuel cess without impacting revenues: ICRA
