 With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 15, 2013 regarding Board to consider Dividend, Orissa Minerals Development Company Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company has been re-scheduled on May 24, 2013, instead of May 23, 2013, inter alia, to consider approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2013 and to recommend dividend, if any, on equity share capital of the Company for the Financial year 2012-2013.
