As shareholders are aware, the Company has been pursuing a Writ Petition before the Hon'ble High Court of Telangana against the Notice dated August 25, 2008 issued by the State Government under the erstwhile Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1976 (since repealed) concerning the Company's land admeasuring about 64 acres in the Machine Building Division situated at Nacharam, Hyderabad. In this connection, we wish to inform you that the Hon'ble High Court of Telangana, on April 19, 2022, allowed the above said Writ Petition and consequently set aside the impugned Notice of the State Government dated August 25, 2008.
