 With reference to your email dated 13th April, 2023 seeking clarification regarding increase in price of security on the Company at NSE/BSE in recent past. In view of that, we would like to clarify that we have made all the disclosure of the events, information etc. that have bearing on the operation/performance of the Company which includes price sensitive information, from time to time. Further, we wish to clarify that presently the Company is not having any such information, which requires disclosure as aforesaid. We are therefore not aware of the reason behind increase in price of security of the Company on Exchange, in the recent past. Request you to kindly take note of the same.
