 In Compliance of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 relating to continuous disclosure requirements for listed entities, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, during the course of its meeting being conducted today, have, inter alia, considered and approved the Alteration in the Memorandum and Association of the Company and addition of 2 (Two) new sub-clauses to existing Clause III(A) of the MOA. The company has various plans for expansion of its business operations from the present level and accordingly, it is proposed to add the business of (i) broadcasting of Television Channels, Online Media and Entertainment channels, advertising, publishing of newspaper, magazines, radio, internet, telecommunication, films, serials etc. and; (ii) hospitality, Hotels, Online tourism portals, travel agency etc.
