Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we would like to inform that the company has received offer from Tata Motors Ltd. to setup a facility at Sanand, Gujarat to cater with the automobile parts to Tata Motors. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Thursday, June 1, 2023 inter-alia, has considered the offer and approved the setting up of a new plant (unit) on the leased hold plot (to be allotted by Gujarat Industrial Corporation) at Sanand, Gujrat to expand the business and retain the existing business with OEM.
