We have already communicated to you on 26th June,2023 that the Trading Window shall remain closed from 1st July,2023 till 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30 th June,2023 which would thus now be 30th July,2023 for purchase /sale/dealing in the Company''s shares by designated persons in terms of the Insider Trading Code adopted by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Priohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations ,2015.
