 WARREN TEA LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The Board of Directors of the Company will meet on 12th February, 2024 at 11.30 AM at Johar Building, P-1 Hide Lane, 8th Floor, Kolkata 700 073 to, inter alia, approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2023.
