 We have received yesterday a communication from ICRA Limited through email regarding revision of credit rating of the Company. As mentioned in the said communication, based on the review of the latest developments, the long term rating of the Company has been revised from [ICRA]BB-(pronounced ICRA double B minus) to [ICRA]B(Negative) and short term rating reaffirmed. The rationale for such revision in rating by ICRA Limited is attached. This may be treated as compliance of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

He will however ,continue as a Director of the Company. (2) Approved the retirement of Mr Siddhartha Roy, President-Legal & Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company from close of business hours of 31st March, 2020.
