 We have received yesterday a communication from ICRA Limited through email regarding revision of credit rating of the Company. As mentioned in the said communication, based on the review of the latest developments, the long term rating of the Company has been upgraded to [ICRA]BB- (pronounced ICRA double B minus) ("Rating") from [ICRA]B (pronounced ICRA B) and the short term rating reaffirmed at [ICRA]A4 (pronounced ICRA A four). The outlook on the long-term rating has been revised to Stable from Negative. This may be treated as compliance of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
