As your good self is already aware M/s Vikas WSP Limited ('the Company') was undergoing a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ('CIRP') vide Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, vide order dated 02/02/2022 ('Order'), in terms of the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ('IBC') and the regulations framed there under.
