 Goyal Aluminiums Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended ('SEBI (LODR) Regulations), notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, 12 August 2023, at 03:00 P.M. IST to consider and review the unaudited (standalone and consolidated) financial statements of the Company as per Indian Accounting Standards ('Ind AS') for the quarter ended 30 June 2023. The outcome of the Board meeting will be disseminated to the stock exchanges after conclusion of the Board meeting within the stipulated time as prescribed under SEBI (LODR) Regulations.

 Pursuant to regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and with reference to earlier communication We are glad to inform and share the following update:- a) Additional investment in Associate Company by way of subscription towards Rights Issue: We wish to inform you that Company had made further investment in Wroley E India Private Limited, an Associate Company, by subscribing the equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each per equity share offered through Right issue with an aggregate investment of Rs. 1 Crore. Pursuant to the same, the shareholding of the Company in Wroley E India Private Limited has increased from 9,40,000 equity shares to 19,40,000 equity shares with 33.33% of total paid up equity share capital.
