Further, we hereby confirm that the security certificates received and accepted for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depositories have been substituted in the Register of Members as Registered Owner.  In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we regret to inform the sad demise of Sri K N V Ramani (DIN:00007931), Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company on Thursday, 30th March 2023. Sri K N V Ramani was inducted in the Board on 26.05.2008 and was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for the first tenure from 25.08.2014 to 24.08.2019 and subsequently he was re-appointed for the second tenure from 25.08.2019 to 24.08.2024. Sri K N V Ramani's unexpected demise will be an irreparable loss to the Company and all the Directors and employees of the Company convey their deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family.
