Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from September 23, 2020 to September 29, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final Dividend for the financial year 2019-20 and 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company scheduled to be held on September 29, 2020. The Board of Directors of the Company at their 254th Meeting held on June 20, 2020 has recommended a final Dividend of Rs.15/- (150%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2019-20. The Dividend, if approved at the 48th AGM, shall be disbursed (subject to TDS) on or after October 06, 2020 to those members whose names appear in the Company's Register of Members as at the closure of business hours on September 22, 2020.
