Shakuntala Devi Vinodkumar Bajaj, the member of the Promoter Group of the Company on February 27, 2024 which was intimated to the Company on February 28, 2024. It is further being informed that Smt. Shakuntala Devi Vinodkumar Bajaj who was holding NIL Shares in the Company, ceases to be the part of the Promoter''s Group in accordance with the Regulation 31A(6)(c) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.29-02-2024
