Act, 2013, the Rules framed thereunder read with Regulation 44 of the SEBI (LODR) Reg., 2015. The Co. would be availing e-voting facility from CDSL. 1. Date and Time of commencement of e-voting: Monday, 24th August, 2020 (10.00 A.M.). 2. Date and Time of end of e-voting: Wednesday, 26th August, 2020 (5.00 P.M.). 3. E-voting by electronic mode shall not be allowed beyond 5.00 P.M. on 26th August, 2020.
