 We wish to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, read with the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading by the Designated Persons of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company by the Designated Persons will remain closed from Friday, October 1, 2021 to till the conclusion of the 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) to the public for the second quarter ending on September 30, 2021 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Persons of the Company are being advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window.
