A. Krishna Reddy, Guarantor for dishonor of cheque for Rs.15,00,000/- for the loan given to AKR Construction Ltd., and is also numbered as 44/2024 on 5.1.2024. The Matter is posted for appearance before Hon''ble VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Manoranjan Court, Nampally, Hyderabad on 21.3.2024. Please treat this as compliance with regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) regulations, 2015.
