 With reference to the above cited subject and pursuant to Reg. 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby submit as follows: 1. The Paid up capital of the Company as on 31.03.2019 is Rs. 2,54,45,000/- which is not exceeding Rs. 10 Crores. And 2. The Net worth of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31.03.2019 is less than Rs. 25 Crores. In view of the above and as per Reg. 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Corporate Governance is not applicable to our Company and accordingly, we are not submitting Corporate Governance report, under regulation 27(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for quarter ended 31st March, 2020.

 This is to inform you that Mr. Ramesh Babu Tyarala S/o. Dasharatham Tyarala, joined and reported for duty as Chief Financial Officer of the company today on 02.03.2020, as 1st March, 2020 is a holiday, in pursuance of the Resolution passed at the Board of Directors meeting held on 14.02.2020 and the same was intimated to the BSE Limited on 14.02.2020. But due to a technical snag we have wrongly announced the above under the columns in Description and Announcement Type as the Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Vide Acknowledgement No.1519591 today on 2nd March, 2020, instead of the intimation of Joining of Mr. Ramesh Babu Tyarala as Chief Financial Officer separately and request you to ignore the announcement of Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and delete the same from the BSE web site.
