Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and our earlier communications dated 26"March 2020 informing the temporary suspension of manufacturing operations due to outbreak of COVID 19 pandemic, we would like to inform you that the manufacturing plant of the Company situated at Survey No.46/1, Parjai Road, Village Kherdi, Silvassa has recommenced its operations w.e.f. 01deg May, 2020 in a phased manner after obtaining the requisite approvals from the concerned Statutory Authorities. The management ts also assessing the other operating requirements like supply chain, customer order book, cash flow condition, employees attendance, operations at Mumbai head office and based on its assessment, the management thinks that the operations of the company will not be stabilized till normally at all level is attained.01-05-2020
