 Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), 2015, we regret to inform you that a casual vacancy has arisen due to the sudden demise of our Cost Auditor Mr. Amish Parmar, Proprietor of M/s Amish Parmar & Associates, Cost Accountants (Firm Registration No.: 100502). We came to know about this sad news through social media and subsequently got the same confirmed through his other professional colleagues. Despite the attempts to contact his relatives to collect the copy of his Death Certificate for confirmation, we are unable to get in touch with any of his immediate close relatives. Hence, the Company is taking steps to appoint another Cost Auditor in the said Casual Vacancy, and the Stock Exchanges shall be intimated about the same subsequent to the said appointment.
