 Pursuant to the provisions of Prevention of Insider Trading and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that "Trading Window" for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from July 14, 2021 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30th, 2021.
