Further, notice is hereby given with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, that the Trading Window for dealing with equity shares of the Company, by designated persons / under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, shall remain closed from, Tuesday 5st November, 2019 to Friday, 15th November, 2O19 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on Monday, 18th November, 2019.
