 With reference to captioned subject about 1. Writing off investment during FY 2019-20 and 2. To start process of closure of the China subsidiary 'ARAPL Intelligent Equipment Shanghai Co. Ltd.' Hereby we inform you that, Affordable Robotic & Automation Limited (Holding Company) has a subsidiary company in china 'ARAPL Intelligent Equipment Shanghai Co. Ltd.' (Subsidiary Company), which is not functioning since last two years, and Considering the present pandemic situation of Covid19 and political issues going between two countries, company could not see any revival option there at china. Hence, the management had decided to write off Investment and legally close the Subsidiary in China to avoid unnecessary Cost and Expenses. So Investment in the company is written off during FY 2019-20 and closure of the Subsidiary in China has been started. Once the compliance of all the provisions of applicable law to this process completed, we will inform you.
