Pune MH - 412308, inter-alia, approved the following: i. Appointment of M/s. Sandeep Kulkarni & Associates, Company Secretaries, Pune as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-21 to conduct Secretarial Audit of the Company. ii. Appointment of M/s. MGAM & Company, Chartered Accountants, Pune as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-21 to conduct Internal Audit of the Company. iii. And taking note of matter of incorporation of subsidiary of the company in India and subscribed shares up to 65% in such subsidiary company.
