The Board Meeting to be held on 11/02/2022 has been revised to 10/02/2022 The Board meeting date was inadvertently mentioned as 11/02/2022. The board meeting is scheduled on 10/02/2022. This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021. Further to our Letter vide no. XSL/SE/2021-22/33 dated December 27, 2021, and in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s Code of Conduct of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Company''s Securities was closed from Friday, December 31, 2021 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said Financial Results, i.e. upto February 12, 2022.01-02-2022
