Murudeshwar Ceramics Ltd has informed BSE that consequent to death of Mr. K. P. Surendranath, Independent Director of the Company, the Company is hereby inducting Mr. Sundar Naik existing Independent Director of the Company as a member of Audit Committee in place of Mr. K. P. Surendranath. Accordingly now Audit Committee shall consist of Dr. R. N. Shetty, Mr. Sundar Naik and Dr. Sadanand V. Nadig.
