 Pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insider, framed in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of appointment of Key Managerial Personnel, for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from 10th April, 2021 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Appointment of Key Managerial Personnel of the Company to the Stock exchanges (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
