 This is with reference to communication received from the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. vide its letter dated October 20, 2021 bearing reference number NSE/CM/Surveillance/11261 seeking clarification from the Company in connection with significant increase in Volume of TCI Scrip. In this regard it is hereby submitted that the Company is not aware of any reportable material information/event, other than those already in public domain, which, in our opinion, may have a bearing on the price behavior in the scrip price of our Company.
