 We are pleased to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 33 & other applicable provisions, if any, of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR), the Board of Directors (the Board) of Transport Corporation of India Ltd. (the Company), in its meeting held today i.e. 18th May, 2023, inter alia, has recommended a final of dividend of 100% i.e. Rs. 2/- per Equity Share for the FY ended 31st March 2023. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders in the 28th AGM, will be dispatched/credited within 30 days of AGM.
