Transpek Industry Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2017, inter alia, has recommended dividend at the rate of 90% i.e. Rs. 9 per equity share (previous year 75% i.e. Rs. 7.50 per equity share) for the year ended March 31, 2017. The above recommended dividend Is subject to the approval of members of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.27-05-2017
