 This is further to our letter dated February 17, 2023, wherein the Company had informed you about resignation of Mr. Rishi Pardal as Managing Director & CEO of United Breweries Limited ('Company') and commencement of his 6 months' notice period. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (hereinafter 'SEBI Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that, on the request of Mr. Rishi Pardal, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., Thursday, May 04, 2023, inter alia has approved relieving Mr. Rishi Pardal from the services of the Company w.e.f. close of business hrs. on Thursday, May 4, 2023. Intimation under SEBI Listing Regulations read with Schedule III and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, is also forwarded.
