The Deputy Commissioners of Police has carried out search and seizure proceedings at various premises of the Company on July 15, 2019.Mr. Rajnish Kumar Surepndraprasad Singh, Managing Director is under judicial custody of Authority from ,i.e., July 16, 2019. The Company is not involved in any such matter which has come to the knowledge of public. Company is taking all corrective Measures to resolve the above matter. Also in addition to this who are caught are also not a part of the Company and were not on the payroll and has nothing to do with Company's operation. The Company is contesting these allegations in accordance with the due process of law.You are requested to kindly take note of the same, any further development in the issue is to be updated to you from time to time."
