In furtherance of our intimation dated 25th May, 2022 and in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith copy of the Postal Ballot Notice. In compliance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the said Notice has already been sent through electronic mode to those members whose e-mail IDs are registered with the Company/ Depositories as on Friday, 20th May 2022, being the cut-off date. The Company has engaged CDSL to provide e-Voting facility to its members. The e-Voting period commences on Wednesday, 0151 June, 2022 from 9:00 A.M. (IST) and ends on Thursday, 30th June, 2022 at 5:00 P.M. (1ST). Please note that communication of assent or dissent of the members would only take place through thee-Voting.
