This is to inform you that due to re-scheduling of Board Meeting from 10th June, 2023 to 16th June, 2023, as per the Company''s Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company by the Designated Persons (Directors / Officers / Designated Employees) and their immediate relatives by the insiders, as defined under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours of the conclusion of board meeting to be held on June 16, 2023.

 The Board Meeting to be held on 10/06/2023 has been revised to 16/06/2023 With reference to earlier announcement dated 3rd June, 2023 pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that, due to unavoidable circumstances, the Meeting of Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on Saturday, June 10, 2023 is now postponed and re-scheduled to Friday, June 16, 2023 at 3.00 PM inter alia, to consider and approve the same matter(s) as previously mentioned which are the following: -Increase in the Authorized Share Capital of the Company and to make consequent alteration in clause V of Memorandum of Association. -Consider issuance and allotment of Equity Shares/ Share warrants by way of Preferential Allotment. -Any other matter as the Board of Directors of the Company may decide during the course of the meeting.
