 Dear Sir/Madam, The Company had informed the stock exchanges vide letter reference no: AGC/SD/SE/2021/2, dated January 07, 2021, that CRISIL has assigned BBB-/stable rating to the long-term facilities and A3 for the short-term facilities. The Company is withdrawing the outstanding ratings of CARE assigned to the bank facilities with immediate effect. The Company has obtained no objection certificate from its bankers and submitted the same with CARE ratings. The Company shall be continuing with credit ratings of CRISIL.
