Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that in compliance with order issued by Maharashtra Pollution Control Board we have temporarily stopped our manufacturing activities. Closure order issued by state pollution closure board is abrupt with no base and we have already denied all the allegations made in it. We have also approached Bombay High Court for interference in the matter since this closure is issued in the instance of alleged complaint by political influencers with no base and we expect positive outcome in the matter soon. Till we get restart order we are trying to maintain potential business by outsourcing production stages which are interrupted to cater our existing customers and make best use of raw material inventory. We urge all members not to panic since the matter is already taken up in the court for which we are expecting positive outcome soon.
