 Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to above captioned subject, we wish to inform you that Mr. Nitin Kumar has tendered his resignation today i.e. February 9, 2023 from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company which shall be effective from the close of working hours of February 25, 2023 due to un-avoidable personal problems. Mr.Nitin Kumar has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation. Enclosed the resignation letter of Mr. Nitin Kumar, Chief Financial Officer. The Company is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for filling the position of the CFO of the Company.
