Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 & Amendments thereon and in compliance with Company''s Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their Immediate Relative(s), shall remain closed from Sunday, January 01, 2023 until 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2022 (both days inclusive). The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2022 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
