 Right Issue Committee of the Board of Directors at their meeting held today, i.e., May 15, 2023, interalia, considered and approved the following terms of the Rights Issue: 1. Approved issuances of 55,44,178 partly paid Partly Paid-up Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 45/- per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 35/- per Equity Share) aggregating to Rs. 2,494.88 Lakhs to all the existing equity shareholders of the Company on a rights basis ("Rights Issue"). 2. Right entitlement ratio:- 2 (Two) Equity Share for every 3 (Three) Fully Paid Equity Shares held by the Existing Shareholders on the record 3. Rights Issue Price:- Rs. 45/- per Rights Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 35/- per Rights Equity Share).
