Further, in term of Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulation, we also inform that the Board has fixed Thursday, 25th July, 2019 as cut-off date for the purpose of determining Members who would be entitled to the dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the 17th Annual General Meeting.
