 Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of SEBI Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by the SEBI (PIT) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and as per the NSE circular no. NSE/CML/2019/11 and BSE circular no: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 regarding Trading Restriction Period,the Trading Window for dealing/trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, 1st January, 2021 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended 31st December, 2020 (both inclusive).Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. Further, Board Meeting date to consider, approve and take on record the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2020,shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course of time.

V-MART RETAIL LTD. - 534976 - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

 NRC vide its resolutions dated 10-11-2020 has approved: The granting of 27051(twenty seven thousand fifty one) Stock Options to eligible employees of the Company under the ESOP Scheme, 2012. In terms of the above scheme, one Stock Option represents one equity share of the Company. The Exercise Price shall be Rs. 1769/- (one thousand seven hundred sixty nine only) per Option. The equity shares against the Options vested in the eligible employees shall be allotted on payment of the Exercise Price. The Allotment of Equity Shares as detailed below upon exercise of Options by the employees under the Company's Employee Stock Options Scheme, 2012: No. of Equity Shares allotted: 1945 shares (face value of Rs. 10) Date of Allotment - November 10, 2020 With the allotment of the above shares, the Paid up Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 181,735,860/- divided into 18,173,586 equity shares to Rs. 181,755,310/- divided into 181,755,31 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
