 The Nomination & Remuneration Committee vide its resolutions dated 10th August, 2021 has approved: The grant of 5,187 Stock Options to an eligible employee of the Company under the ESOP Scheme, 2020. Each Stock Option represents one equity share of the Company. The Exercise Price for the above grant shall be Rs. 1,836/- per Option. The equity shares against the Options vested in the eligible employees shall be allotted on payment of the Exercise Price as per the terms of the scheme. The Allotment of Equity Shares as detailed below upon exercise of Options by the employees under the Company''s Employee Stock Options Scheme, 2012: No. of equity shares allotted: 21,673 (Face Value of Rs. 10/-) Date of Allotment: 10th August, 2021. With the allotment of the above shares, the Paid up Share Capital of the Company stands increased from present level of 1,97,11,116 to 1,97,32,789 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
