This is to inform you that the Company has opened seventeen (17) new stores and closed eight (8) stores in the January - March quarter of FY 2022-23. The 17 new stores include five (5) in Uttar Pradesh, two (2) stores in Assam, two (2) in Telangana, two (2) in Tamil Nadu, two (2) in West Bengal, one (1) in Gujarat, one (1) in Kerala, one (1) in Odisha and one (1) in Madhya Pradesh. The 8 stores closed include two (2) in Uttar Pradesh, one (1) store in Bihar, one (1) in Chennai, one (1) in Karnataka, one (1) in Madhya Pradesh, one (1) in Gujrat and one (1) in Manipur. With this the total number of stores now stands at 423 stores as at 31st March, 2023. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 regarding Trading Restriction Period, the ''Trading Window'' for dealing/trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, 1st April, 2023 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023 (both inclusive).
