Approved the Unaudited Financial Results (UFR) of the Company for the 2nd Quarter/Half Year Ended September 30, 2021 including Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement thereto pursuant to the Provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015. The Limited Review Report (LRR) issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company with respect to the aforesaid UFR alongwith the aforesaid LRR is also being submitted herewith. Declared Interim Dividend of Rs.4/- per equity share of the Company (viz. 40%) for the Financial Year 2021-2022 on its paid up equity share capital (consisting of 94020671 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) entailing an outgo of Rs.3760.83 Lakhs.20-10-2021
