CENTRUM CAPITAL LTD. - 501150 - Intimation Of Scheme Of Amalgamation Under Regulation 30 And 51 Of The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations')

 Pursuant to the Reg 30 read with Regulation 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform that the Government of India has on January 25, 2022, sanctioned and notified the Scheme for the amalgamation of the Punjab and Maharashtra Co-operative Bank Ltd. (PMC Bank) with Unity Small Finance Bank Ltd. (USFBL), a step-down subsidiary company of the Company (the Scheme). The amalgamation has come into force with effect from the date of the notification of the scheme i.e. January 25, 2022. All the branches of the PMC Bank will function as branches of USFBL with effect from this date. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are given in the Annexure -A to this letter. The Scheme of Amalgamation, along with the press release dated January 25, 2022 issued by the Reserve Bank of India, is enclosed with this letter.
